Can I Cancel My Order?

If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order, you must do this within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting Jeff’s Shed on 03 58521822. If the orders have been despatched within the 24hr period/prior to notifying Jeff’s Shed the item must be received and returned to Jeff’s Shed at the customers expense.  Orders that have already been despatched and are in the hands of the freight company must also be received and returned at the customers expense.  The item must not be used and the transit packaging must remain in tact to receive a refund.

Privacy and Security

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of processing the order, and may be shared with a third party delivery agent for the purposes of delivering your order.

Faulty Goods

Please check your goods when received, any faults should be claimed within 14 days of order by notifying Jeff’s Shed via email info@jeffsshedkyabram.com.au or by phoning 03 58521822.  Should your new product be faulty (excluding damage in transit) we will give you the option of a replacement, a store credit or a refund to the value of the purchase price of the item.   If a gift voucher has been used to purchase the item the customer is only entitled to a store credit.

Refunds

We will not provide a refund if:

  • You cannot supply proof of purchase.
  • You simply have a change of mind.
  • The goods have been damaged after the purchase. Please note: this may be covered by warranty and the goods may be repaired or replaced.
  • You found the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.
  • Special order items.
  • Products that are specially ordered non-stock items or custom made to special order.
  • Delivery date is later than expected.

If you’re not happy with the product you have purchased please give us a call to see if we can find something that may be more suitable.   A change of mind does not constitute a refund.  However if the product has not been used and the packaging has not been damaged, we are happy to give you a store credit upon its safe return to our store.  Postage will be at the expense of the customer.
If the product is incorrect upon being received your postage will be refunded, if the item is returned within 14 days from date of purchase.   
If it is damaged upon delivery you will be covered only if you have opted to pay for transit insurance.

Supply

All goods featured on this site have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available at the time of the sale.  Jeff’s Shed will use its best endeavours to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. If the goods ordered by you are not readily available in stock, whenever possible Jeff’s Shed will offer you a comparable product of equal or greater value, if this is unavailable a refund will be made available.

Warranty Claims

Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. On your behalf we will assist to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the manufacturer. If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims.

Please note, some manufacturers warranties are for replacement and not repair.

We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not a Jeff’s Shed warranty.

Methods of Payment

You may use your MasterCard or Visa over the phone or PayPal online.

Jeff’s Shed does not accept personal or business cheques.  Bank cheques, direct deposits and electronic funds transfers are accepted however all payments must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.  Please note: exact amount must be deposited.  Jeff’s Shed gift vouchers are also accepted however these cannot be exchanged for cash.

Paypal
Pay securely using PayPal; the fast, easy, and secure way to pay online. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card and all cards can be processed with Paypal's payment gateway processor. You can also pay via direct deposit using your PayPal account.  Amex users should pay with PayPal.

If you do not wish to purchase online you can make a purchase over the telephone by calling us on 03 58521822 and we can process your order and payment for you.
